This is achieved by satisfying the customer’s requirements and by continually improving our Quality Management System and skill levels of our staffs. Our staff shall be made aware of the Company’s Quality policy to ensure that the quality objectives are achieved

Our Quality Commitment

 Our Quality policy has been defined with the aim of enhancing our services to our customers in terms of better understanding of customer requirements, designing optimal solution to meet those requirements and building systems and process to ensure quality at all stages. KAHRAB management is committed to:

  • Developing and improving the quality management System periodically.
  • Monitoring process towards building quality into our Systems and services.
  • Systematically evaluate and monitor the performance of our sub- contractors to assure the quality.
  • Provide timely delivery of services to our customers.
  • Continuously improve the effectiveness of the QMS Identify the root cause of non –conformities subsequent elimination of the same.
  • Provide periodically training to all staff to understand the importance of Quality Management System.
  • Enhancing customer satisfaction.
